Many cyclists are surprised when they bring their bikes in and find out there is a long list of things that are "not quite right" with their machine. "How can that be" they ask? I just had it in for a tune-up three years ago! Well a bike, is just like a person, and it needs a bit of love once and while to keep it operating both safely and efficiently.

The reality is, if you ride your bike on a regular basis, you will probably wear out a chain and your rear tire during a season. New shift cables and housing, along with a new chain installed on a bike can make it shift and perform like new again, as well as extend the life of more expensive parts such as cassettes and chainrings. Customers are thrilled when they get their bike back after a servicing and can feel the difference right away. "Why didn't I do this sooner" they say?

Folks, a well maintained bike is much more fun, and safer to ride than one that isn't. So just like us, your bike needs a bit of love once and while.
