Liv Zwift Ride

Looking for a Zwift ride to join up with some other local women riders?

If so, lola doucet, one of our amazing Liv Ambassadors, will be heading up a series of 45 minute, no drop rides, with a target 1.0 to 2.0 watts/kg pace on Monday evenings at 7 pm.

The easiest way to hook up with the ride is to join “Women’s Cycling Nova Scotia” or follow lola on Zwift at l. olaLIV

Just for clarrification, there is a space between the" l. " and "olaLIV

If you follow lola on Zwift, she will send you an invite to join the ride, and you'll be all set to go.
